The present work lends itself to analyzing the thematic of the administrative requisition of goods and services in the scope of health and the possibility of delegation to social health organizations. In order to do so, it addresses health and fundamental rights, as well as the unique health system and its importance for Brazilian society. It’s also analyzed, regarding the social organizations of health and its importance besides addressing on the right of property. As well as the social function of property and state intervention. It studied about the intervention of the State in private property and how the administrative requisition is made before private law and the supremacy of the public interest of the collectivity. The elements of the administrative requisition, its importance and practical application are studied, and the possibility of delegation for social health organization is opened.
