Resumo: The present study examines the validity of the one hour break schedule reduction, as well as their requirements, as well as confronting the provision contained in the Consolidation of Labor Laws through its Article 71, against the Ordinance issued by the Ministry of Labour and Employment n º 1.095/2010 regarding the enforceability of the forecast one hour break schedule reduction over the collective bargain, bringing even notes about the recent changes made in Jurisprudential Orientation 342 of SDI1 by the Highest Labor Court and its implications
