The present study aims at the analysis of the changes of employment under the Labour Law, covering the main ways that hiring will continue into the future of outsourcing of manpower to meet the changing demands of the economy without causing damage the rights of the working class. The topic has become very relevant in view of the new world reality, namely the outsourcing of services, which entails true relaxation of labor standards, on the other hand, can not suppress workers' rights. The work has been divided into a general notion about outsourcing, at first, and then address the issue of foreign law under the influence administratively in business, civil law and contract, as well as the regularity of outsourcing, passing briefly by cooperatives work for then addressing outsourcing and subcontracting itself. Finally, are raised different aspects and implications of outsourcing, with research articles developed by colleagues in their academic work, and renowned jurists and scholars devoted to the subject
