We aim with this work to accomplish a comparative study among the third party intervention modalities in the Civil Process Code, or, the assistence; the calling to process, the toil denounciation, the opposition and the nomination to the authorship. In the Consumer Defense Code, the only way of admiting intervention is the calling to process in the cases of civil responsibility security, since the aim of this work is to check if the Consumer Defense Code forbids all and any interventive modality and if they really come to its damage. The method we used to prepare this work, was the research on the consuming processual legislation of several countries in the world. After a detailed survey of the interventive modalities, we got to the final conclusion that in some hypothesis the adoption of the interventionist modalities doesn t damage the consumer as to his wide access to justice, but it only benefits and brings up to him its effective jurisdictional tutelage just like what is said in the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code
