Rights are the foundation that supports society; made by men to correct their imperfections, it represents a great effort to adjust the outside world to their needs. The increase number of exempt laws, show us the tendency of legislators to use it as new way to reach great results in public interests in our country. In a particular study that goes from the demystification of the main rule of tax incidence, constitution of the tax obligation, to the ways of suspending extinguishing and excluding the tax credit, we'll try to clear up interesting and complex notes of the tax exemption on porpoise to point out aspects and characteris- tic of these governmental privilege to people who has neoplasm malignant. A benefit directed to public revenue, the tax exemptions has fulfilled an important social work because it turns around the lives from those who are affected by this disease, have been cured or can still bee affected by it
