This monograph deals with the possibility of attachment of the family property in the execution of labor. Such possibility is reason for many discussions, mainly due to the conflict between principles and constitutional guarantees, conferred to the exequente and the executed, which makes the decision on the subject to appear stormy. The role of the execution of Labor Justice is to guarantee the creditor / worker the realization of his claim, while on the other hand, there is the guarantee to the executed of the least expensive means, as well as the right to property and housing. In labor justice throughout Brazil there are millions of cases in the enforcement phase, several measures have been taken over the years to make the enforcement phase more effective, however the major problem in applying this principle is in the absence of assets of the debtor, as well as in the impossibility of attachment of the few found
