This work seeks to understand the role of the educator in non-school environment, giving evidence to the business field as a new space for pedagogical interventions. Starting from bibliographic analysis, I sought to understand how this applied method can contribute to companies that choose to aggregate the professional field of education, as components of the staff. In this context, emphasis will be given to the possible assignments and differentials, as well as to the performance possibilities of the Educator in the labor field. The research is explained, for when we consider that education occurs in countless moments of life as well as in various environments and being a student of the teacher education practices agent, it is necessary to know this new performance space of a trainer, called the Corporate Educator. This possible hypotheses and findings will be highlighted as program Learning Projects in organizations, in order to highlight the gap that has occurred between management practices and the needs of modern business and people
