There are rare situations in which the interpreter of the standard identifies a hard doctrinal discussion. In a society of different beliefs and experiences, it is virtually impossible to obtain, without further discussion, the same understanding of the materials. Our society is constantly changing and there is no way to analyze the text of the law without making a parallel with the objectives, principles and their practical effectiveness, since, in the end, that which makes the procedure easier to play. Although many depend on a thorough analysis of the various procedural concepts devices, the discussion turns out to be much richer, contributing to the changing aforementioned and the development of a strong and capable thesis convince even the most incredulous, formalistic and resistant to new ideas.
