Resumo: The study aimed to analyze the content of the videos to support PA of elderly people in social isolation, available on Youtube during the Covid-19 pandemic. Exploratory, qualitative study, based on videos available on the YouTube sharing platform. Of the twenty videos analyzed, there was a high number of views and a concern with the methodology of presenting the exercises to elderly people, thus revealing a care adjusted to the functional capacities of this group.

Estudio exploratorio, cualitativo, basado en videos disponibles en la plataforma de intercambio de YouTube. De los veinte videos observados, hubo un alto número de visualizaciones y una preocupación por la metodología de presentación de los ejercicios a las personas mayores, revelando así los cuidados necesarios como resultado de este grupo. O estudo teve como objetivo analisar o conteúdo dos vídeos de apoio à Atividade Física (AF) de pessoas idosas em isolamento social, disponíveis no Youtube durante a pandemia da Covid-19. Estudo exploratório, qualitativo, realizado com base em vídeos disponíveis na plataforma de compartilhamento do YouTube.
