Resumo: In this paper we seek to analyze the produced tactics by the sabarense population, city councilors and politicians from the Directory of the Mineiro Republican Party of Sabara, to avoid the determinations of the law nº 281 of 1899 to suppress the primary chairs kept by the government of the state of Minas Gerais in the localities of Ponte Grande, Raposos and Vera Cruz – Pindahybas, belonging to the municipality of Sabará. Therefore, for the effectiveness of this research, we use some data extracted from the Reports of the Secretary of the Interior, the documents from the Secretary of the Interior, and from the mineira legislation which will be analyzed faced to the conceptions of strategy and tactic according to Michel de Certeau. So that, by the end of this paper, we will observe that the localities achieved, through tactics, the remaining of local primary schools, by having as responsible the Government of Minas Gerais to keep them operating.

Siendo así, para la realización de esta pesquisa, utilizamos algunos datos de documentos de la Secretaría del Interior y de la propia legislación minera que serán analizados a la luz de los conceptos de estrategia y táctica de Michel de Certeau. Por tanto, al final de este trabajo, observaremos como a través de tácticas, se logró la permanencia de las escuelas primarias locales, teniendo como responsable al Gobierno de Minas Gerais, quien deberá mantenerlas en funcionamiento.Neste artigo analisaremos as táticas produzidas pela população sabarense, vereadores e políticos do Diretório do Partido Republicano Mineiro de Sabará, para impedir que as determinações da lei nº 281 de 1899 suprimissem as cadeiras primárias mantidas pelo governo do estado de Minas Gerais nas localidades de Ponte Grande, Raposos e Vera Cruz – Pindahybas, pertencentes ao município de Sabará. Sendo assim, para a efetivação desta pesquisa, utilizamos alguns dados dos Relatórios da Secretaria do Interior, dos documentos da Secretaria do Interior e a da própria legislação mineira que serão analisados à luz dos conceitos de estratégia e tática de Michel de Certeau.
