Revisiting state of the art research in Brazil: memory of 24 years of studies presented at National meetings on research in science education (1997-2021)

Resumo: | This research presented the mapping of “state of the art” research presented at the National Research Meetings in Science Education (ENPEC), in the period between 1997 and 2021. Methodologically, this work can be defined as a state of the art research, which collected data from the Minutes of the ENPEC editions, compiled it into an excel spreadsheet and analyzed the information. In the 13 editions of ENPEC, 8209 works were presented, 773 of which were about the state of the art theme. The results show that there are, basically, 3 specialist authors on the state of the art who methodologically base the works presented. And most of the state of the art works presented in ENPEC editions carry out research on the works presented in the ENPEC events themselves, instead of theses and dissertations. |

Metodologicamente este trabalho pode ser definido como uma pesquisa do tipo ““estado da arte””, que coletou os dados das Atas das edições do ENPEC, compilou em planilha excel e analisou o lócus documental. Nas 13 edições do ENPEC foram apresentados 8209 trabalhos, sendo que 773 versam sobre a temática “estado da arte”. Os resultados evidenciam que há, basicamente, 3 autores especialistas sobre “estado da arte” que embasam metodologicamente os trabalhos apresentados.
