Understanding what drives student performance and how it leads to success is a fantastic way to create a better, more understanding school environment. The 236 responses to an online questionnaire were used to empirically validate a developed conceptual model. The PLS-SEM approach was used to analyze the data, and the findings indicate that students who are less motivated and eager to succeed in school perform more poorly. Furthermore, students who are not close to learning resources also perform more poorly. Because program design has a significant impact on student success, implementing adjusted and updated learning techniques is an effective tool to help students in achieving better outcomes.
