O presente relatório de estágio foi realizado no contexto das Unidades Curriculares de Prática de Ensino Supervisionada em Pré-Escolar e Ensino de 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Este relatório focando-se na temática de aprender a viver juntos, aprender a viver com o outro. Este procura promover as interações interpessoais entre crianças e os outros com vista a aprender a viver com os outros (adultos e grupo de pares), de modo a obterem melhores resultados nas aprendizagens, melhorar as relações sociais, diminuir os conflitos, tanto dentro da sala como nos tempos livres. Autores como Delors, Edgar Morin, e documentos referência da UNESCO fundamentaram diversas visões da aprendizagem que respondem atualmente um dos maiores desafios para a educação – participação cidadã num mundo sustentável. A metodologia utilizada neste estudo insere-se no processo de investigação-ação em que pude observar a minha prática de uma forma reflexiva, crítica e construtiva, Como instrumentos de produção de dados do estudo recorri às notas de campo realizadas em observação participante, observações não intrusivas das crianças em contexto de recreio registadas em grelhas; às reflexões semanais; planificações diárias; registos fotográficos e audiovisuais. Concluiu-se a evolução das relações interpessoais através das aprendizagens sociais (a pares ou pequenos grupos), da resolução de conflitos e a posição do professor/ educador nas interações; - Learning to live together, learning to live with each other Abstract: The present study was carried out in the context of the Curricular Units of Supervised Teaching Practice in Pre-School and 1st Cycle of Basic Education. This report focuses on the theme of learning to live together, learning to live with each other. This seeks to promote interpersonal interactions between children and others with a view to learning to live with others (adults and peer groups), in order to obtain better learning results, improve social relationships, reduce conflicts, both within the classroom like in free time. Authors such as Delors, Edgar Morin, and reference documents from UNESCO founded different visions of learning that currently respond to one of the biggest challenges for education – citizen participation in a sustainable world. The methodology used in this study is part of the action research process in which I was able to observe my practice in a reflective, critical and constructive way, As data production instruments for the study, I used field notes taken during participant observation, non-intrusive observations of children in the playground context recorded in grids; to weekly reflections; daily planning; photographic and audiovisual records. It was concluded the evolution of interpersonal relationships through social learning (in pairs or small groups), conflict resolution and the position of the teacher/educator in interactions.
