Resumo: The underlying project was carried out with the aim of defining internationalization strategy for Talkdesk in Europe. This project focuses on the analysis of the firm’s current activities , exploring sustainable competitive advantages, followed by a complex analysis of potential markets, which led to the conclusion that the Netherlands is the preferred market to carry out the strategy. After a close examination of the market landscape, the most appropriate mode of entry was determined. Finally, marketing strategy is proposed along with a detailed implementation plan aligned with the strategic objectives that will ensure successful internationalization.
