Resumo: Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, Deutsch und Europäisches Portugie-sisch phonetisch-phonologisch zu vergleichen, indem jeweils eine der Sprachen als Zielsprache betrachtet wird. Berücksichtigt werden systemische, segmentale, vokalische Erscheinungen und Merkmale in den jeweiligen Vokalsubsystemen,die Interferenz bzw. Fehler bei Lernenden hervorrufen können. Auch intralinguistische Kontexte (wie phonotaktische Regeln oder Variation) werden mit einbezogen.
