Resumo: The present survey is focused on the Master in Observation and Analysis of the Educational Relationship and it has as its main purpose to build an observation and analysis tool that allows us to identify in what way the professional skill of a teacher in terms of the use of the Technologies of Information and Communication, particularly the internet in the classroom, can change the relationship between pupil and teacher. The survey is divided into two main stages. In the first one, structured among the Validation of the Theoretical and Explicative Pattern and, consequently the Emergent Pattern through the application of a Questionnaire to a judge panel and to a representative sample of people. In the second, based on the aboved one, through the conceptualisation of an observation tool and analysis of some specific situations in the semantics constellation of the subject. Although I understand there are some difficulties to face which are related to the possible generalizations of the survey, we strongly believe that it can be used as a motivation to future studies in this area, hearing in mind that the main factors that are important to develop are related to the improvement of the relationship between pupil and teacher and, at the same time, to contribute to a more attractive school to all of us.
