In order to succeed in this Strategic Plan I have studied the history of the company, the way it is organized, it production process, its revenues and market distribution. I did a SWOT and a TOWS analysis. Regarding the chosen market, Brazil, I did a PEST analysis to better understand it and I also conducted a detailed research into the Brazilian Textile Sector, the Luxury Children Clothes Market segment and the way the Brazilian luxury consumer behaves.
