Do sonho à realidade: A etapa de (trans)formação no terreno de construção da profissão

Resumo: | This document is the report of the process of building a professional identity of a preservice teacher (me, the author). Despite the groundwork built along academic education, it's in the Practicum training that the teacher, still a student, has the opportunity to confront all the knowledge absorbed with the real context of practice and to reconfigure their identity through lived experiences. The supervised teaching practice, commonly referred to as the culmination of academic training, allowed to face challenges, to extrapolate expectations and to share perspectives. Once a dream, today comes true. Here's the portrait of my development professional that was accomplished at Rio Tinto Secondary School with the constant monitoring of the community of practice. The report is a reflection of a dream and, as such, its structuring takes this factor into account. Therefore, it's divided into five chapters: the "Introduction" in which it's possible to understand the purpose of this document; the "Personal Framework - "Dreams drive life!"", where my dream from many years ago is portrayed and the way my personal life influenced my professional choice; the "Framework of professional practice - "If we can dream, we can also make our dreams come true!"" which reports the context in which I realized it and the characteristics of the actors involved in the process; "Operationalization of professional practice" which is subdivided into three main areas but which covers from my conceptions, my interventions in view of the contextual and situational constraints, the research project until the placement of the student as a thinker and builder of his/her own learning and, finally, "Conclusions and future ambitions - "Keep the dream alive"" that highlight the impact of this stage on my personal and professional life, the evolution of my identity in the field of construction of the profession and the reflection of the realization of a dream. |
