The training of researchers of education: analysis of the literature in Spanish

Resumo: The article presents a literature review on the training of researchers in the field of Education in Spanish language literature. Sixty-four researches were catalogued, which were aggregated into four categories of analysis. The texts studied are part of the bibliographic collection of a broader research already completed, which had as its object of study the training of researchers in the field of Educational Policy in Brazil. In general, this study points out that the training of researchers in Education in the Spanish language literature discusses important aspects, including: didactic-pedagogical, contextual, individual and training cultures. The act of research comprises a craft, the practice of research is not a natural skill of the researcher, but it is the consequence of a job that can be learned as well as taught. Researchers are trained in institutions marked by a power structure and hierarchical relationships, which are influenced by different factors, namely: individual, contextual, didactic-pedagogical, cultural, etc. Keywords: Education. Se catalogaron 64 obras, que se agruparon en cuatro categorías de análisis. Los textos estudiados forman parte del acervo bibliográfico de una investigación más amplia ya completada, que tuvo como objeto de estudio la formación de investigadores en el campo de la Política Educativa en Brasil. En general, este estudio señala que la formación de investigadores en Educación en la literatura en lengua española discute aspectos importantes, entre ellos: las culturas didáctico-pedagógicas, contextuales, individuales y formativas. El acto de investigar comprende un oficio, la práctica de la investigación no es una habilidad natural del investigador, sino la consecuencia de un trabajo que se puede aprender tanto como enseñar. Los investigadores se forman en instituciones marcadas por una estructura de poder y relaciones jerárquicas, las cuales están influenciadas por diferentes factores, a saber: individuales, contextuales, didáctico-pedagógicos, culturales, etc. Palabras clave: Educación. Formación de investigadores. Revisión de literatura.O artigo apresenta uma revisão de literatura sobre a formação de pesquisadores na área da Educação na literatura em língua espanhola. Foram catalogados 64 trabalhos, os quais foram agregados em quatro categorias de análise. Os textos estudados integram o acervo bibliográfico de uma pesquisa mais ampla já concluída, que teve como objeto de estudo a formação de pesquisadores para o campo da Política Educacional no Brasil. De modo geral, este estudo aponta que a formação de pesquisadores em Educação na literatura em língua espanhola discute importantes aspectos, dentre as quais: didático-pedagógico, contextual, individual e culturas de formação. O ato de pesquisar compreende um ofício, a prática da pesquisa não é uma habilidade natural do pesquisador, mas é a consequência de um trabalho que pode ser aprendido e também ensinado. Os pesquisadores são formados em instituições marcadas por estrutura de poder e relações hierárquicas, a qual recebe interferência de diferentes fatores, a saber: individual, contextual, didático-pedagógico, cultural, etc. Palavras-chave: Educação.
