Resumo: | The objective of this study was to determine the incidence of an innovative educational management in the teaching-learning processes of the children of the Pedro Arias González school in an inclusive, quality and creative way. Being a non-experimental, applied research, with an observational design that allowed to determine the different characteristics in a descriptive way, with a qualitative and cross-sectional approach. The sample was made up of the director, DECE and 28 teachers of the institution, as an instrument the interview consisting of 12 representative items on the innovative educational management carried out within the institution and its influence in relation to inclusive education was applied. The results indicated that the actions that are carried out in the center that allow the permanence of the students with special educational needs associated or not to the disability need the change of thinking of the teachers towards an inclusive quality education, due to the fact that there are shortcomings in classroom practice with students with learning difficulties and the lack of teaching resources to meet these needs within the school. Concluding that innovative educational management has a positive impact on inclusive teaching processes, because it helps students to obtain quality learning by minimizing physical, social, and mental barriers, valuing human diversity, intrinsically strengthening the institution's acceptance of individual differences, where they can coexist harmoniously in order to contribute to the construction of a world of real opportunities. |

Siendo una investigación no experimental, aplicada, con diseño observacional que permitió determinar las diferentes características de forma descriptiva, de enfoque cualitativo y transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada el directivo, DECE y 28 docentes de la institución, como instrumento se aplicó la entrevista formada por 12 ítems representativos sobre la gestión educativa innovadora que efectúan dentro de la institución y su influencia en relación con la educación inclusiva. Los resultados indicaron que las acciones que se efectúan en el centro que permiten la permanencia de los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales asociadas o no a la discapacidad necesitan el cambio de pensamiento de los docentes hacia una educación inclusiva de calidad, debido a que existen falencias en la práctica de aula ante estudiantes con dificultades en su aprendizaje y la falta de recurso didáctico para atender dichas necesidades dentro de la escuela. Concluyendo que la gestión educativa innovadora impacta positivamente a los procesos de enseñanza inclusivos, debido a que ayuda a los estudiantes a la obtención de un aprendizaje de calidad minimizando las barreras físicas, sociales, mentales valorizando la diversidad humana fortaleciendo intrínsecamente en la institución la aceptación de las diferencias individuales, donde se pueda convivir de una forma armónica a fin de contribuir a la construcción de un mundo de oportunidades reales.O objetivo deste estudo foi determinar a incidência de uma gestão educacional inovadora nos processos de ensino-aprendizagem das crianças da escola Pedro Arias González de forma inclusiva, de qualidade e criativa. Sendo uma pesquisa não experimental, aplicada, com um desenho observacional que permitiu determinar as diferentes características de forma descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa e transversal. A amostra foi composta pela diretora, DECE e 28 professores da instituição, como instrumento aplicou-se a entrevista composta por 12 itens representativos sobre a gestão educacional inovadora realizada dentro da instituição e sua influência em relação à educação inclusiva. Os resultados indicaram que as ações que são realizadas no centro que permitem a permanência dos alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais associadas ou não à deficiência necessitam da mudança de pensamento dos professores para uma educação inclusiva e de qualidade, pelo fato de não haver são deficiências na prática em sala de aula com alunos com dificuldades de aprendizagem e a falta de recursos didáticos para atender a essas necessidades dentro da escola.
