Socio-emotional development from complexity in adolescent students of the Calderón Sector in the City of Quito-Ecuador

Resumo: | The present article exposes the socio-emotional development from the complexity in the adolescent students of the Calderón Sector in the City of Quito, for which an exploratory-descriptive investigation was established, with an information collection methodology, which consisted of interviews with the different actors; teachers, students and parents, to a population of 12,500 families, a sample of 2,500 people was taken. The area of study that has been selected is the Calderón sector (rural) considered a vulnerable sector, due to the high poverty rates that are evident. The results clearly show that 23% of young people feel they can freely express their feelings at home, but 68% say they cannot. So this is the basis for giving priority to applying talks in the sector for the knowledge and development of socio-emotional skills, so that they can improve communicative relationships at home, be able to work with empathy and respect, likewise 45% of teachers praise the achievement of youth or children. 42% almost always and 13% sometimes. In this last group of teachers, they explained that it is not possible to praise or recognize the effort of the students, due to the large number of activities that must comply with the subject of planning. It is concluded that it is important to state that HSE lies in the development environments of young people and also in their families, which will allow the competitive performance of the students, educating from coexistence, respecting the emotions of the other, accepting themselves, and that is why it is necessary today to take on this challenge; to improve education by providing teachers with the necessary tools and become a factor that strengthens the development of this area that is so important in the life of every human being. |

El área de estudio que se ha seleccionado es el sector de Calderón (rural) considerado sector vulnerable, por los altos índices de pobreza que se evidencia. Los resultados muestran con claridad que los jóvenes, en un 23% sienten que pueden expresar con libertad sus sentimientos en el hogar, pero el 68% dice que no. Entonces esta es la base para dar prioridad a aplicar en el sector charlas para el conocimiento y desarrollo de habilidades socioemocionales, para que puedan mejorar las relaciones comunicativas en los hogares, poder trabajar con empatía y respeto, así mismo el 45% de docentes elogian el logro de los jóvenes o niños. El 42% casi siempre y el 13% a veces. En este último grupo de docentes, explicaron que no se logra elogiar o reconoce el esfuerzo de los estudiantes, por la gran cantidad de actividades que deben cumplir con el tema de las planificaciones. Se concluye que es importante manifestar que radica en los entornos de desarrollo de los jóvenes, las HSE en también en sus familias, lo que permitirá el desempeño competitivo de los educandos, educando desde la convivencia, respetando las emociones del otro, aceptarse a sí mismos, y por eso es necesario en la actualidad tomar este reto; para mejorar la educación brindando a los docentes las herramientas necesarias y convertirse en un factor que fortalezca el desarrollo de este ámbito tan importante en la vida de todo ser humano.O presente artigo expõe o desenvolvimento socioemocional desde a complexidade nos estudantes adolescentes do Setor Calderón na cidade de Quito, para o qual se estabeleceu uma investigação exploratório-descritiva, com uma metodologia de coleta de informações, que consistiu em entrevistas com os diferentes atores ; professores, alunos e pais, para uma população de 12.500 famílias, foi retirada uma amostra de 2.500 pessoas. A área de estudo que foi selecionada é o setor Calderón (rural) considerado um setor vulnerável, devido às altas taxas de pobreza que são evidentes. Os resultados mostram claramente que 23% dos jovens sentem que podem expressar livremente seus sentimentos em casa, mas 68% dizem que não podem. Então essa é a base para priorizar a aplicação de palestras no setor para o conhecimento e desenvolvimento de habilidades socioemocionais, para que possam melhorar as relações comunicativas em casa, possam trabalhar com empatia e respeito, assim como 45% dos professores elogiam a realização de jovens ou crianças. 42% quase sempre e 13% às vezes. Neste último grupo de professores, explicaram que não é possível elogiar ou reconhecer o esforço dos alunos, devido ao grande número de atividades que devem obedecer à disciplina de planejamento.
