STRATEGIES AND REFLECTIONS ON TEACHING EXPERIENCES AT SCHOOL: ENGAGEMENT OF SOCIOEMOTIONAL SKILLS IN STUDENT PERFORMANCE

Resumo: The concerns and understandings about the theme of socio-emotional skills related to students of the Technical Course in Administration were drawn from the presentations during the Tecnobento event by E.E.E.M. teachers. Bento Gonçalves – Canoas - RS. Thus, this study aims to show and reflect, bringing contributions towards prioritizing improvement actions for the benefit of students during their technical training, under reflections and strategies of the teacher as a transformative agent. For this, the methodology developed was adopted by searching legislation, doctrine, Public Education Policies, data on websites related to the BNCC, the Law of Guidelines and Bases and data related to Tecnobento. Firstly, we seek to understand how socio-emotional skills are aligned with the job market. Secondly, we seek to evaluate the positive impacts of BNCC, observing and understanding the dynamics related to Tecnobento. The research not only aims to contribute to the need for monitoring and improvement in relationships identified based on socio-emotional skills, but also to insert within the scenario, identified by teachers, a reformulation in the way projects are presented and exposed from the educator's perspective. and connection with the job market.

Bento Gonçalves en Canoas, RS. Así, este estudio tiene como objetivo mostrar y reflexionar, aportando contribuciones para priorizar acciones de mejora en beneficio de los estudiantes durante su formación técnica, bajo reflexiones y estrategias del profesor como agente transformador. Para ello, se adoptó la metodología desarrollada a través de la búsqueda en la legislación, la doctrina, las Políticas Públicas de educación, los datos en sitios relacionados con la BNCC, la Ley de Directrices y Bases y los datos relacionados con la Tecnobento. En un primer momento, se busca entender cómo las competencias socioemocionales están alineadas con el mercado laboral. En un segundo momento, se busca evaluar los impactos positivos de la BNCC, observando y comprendiendo la dinámica relacionada con la Tecnobento. La investigación no solo busca contribuir a la necesidad de seguimiento y mejora en las relaciones identificadas a partir de las competencias socioemocionales, sino también introducir en el escenario, identificado por los profesores, una reformulación en la forma de presentación y exposición de los proyectos desde la visión del educador y la conexión con el mercado laboral.As preocupações e compreensões sobre a temática das competências socioemocionais relacionada aos alunos do Curso Técnico em Administração foi desenhada a partir das apresentações durante o evento da Tecnobento pelos docentes da E.E.E.M. Bento Gonçalves – Canoas - RS. Assim, esse estudo tem como objetivo mostrar e refletir, trazendo contribuições no sentido de priorizar ações de melhoramentos em benefícios dos estudantes durante a sua formação técnica, sob reflexões e estratégias do professor como agente transformador. Para isto, adotou-se a metodologia desenvolvida por meio da busca na legislação, na doutrina, nas Políticas Públicas da educação, nos dados em sites relacionados à BNCC, nas Lei de Diretrizes e Bases e nos dados relacionados à Tecnobento.
