THE EDUCATIONAL LEADER AND COLLABORATIVE ONLINE TRAINING IN A SCHOOL IN PUNO, PERU

Resumo: The events triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic have led to an in-depth investigation of problems linked to pedagogical leadership and online collaborative learning of teachers because it shows revealing effects on student preparation. In this sense, this research aimed to determine the relationship between the educational leader (LE) and collaborative online training (ACL) in a school in Puno-Peru. A quantitative approach and a non-experimental design of correlational level were applied. Likewise, with a sample of 60 teachers, it was possible to determine a positive and significant relationship of moderate level through Spearman's Rho, allowing with these findings to deduce that while the level of quality of the LE is raised, the greater the development of the ACL. Finally, the need to prepare teachers at different educational levels in ICT-mediated collaborative learning strategies and to train them in pedagogical leadership and the accompaniment of online collaborative training is presented.

En ese sentido, esta pesquisa tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el líder educativo (LE) y el adiestramiento colaborativo en línea (ACL) en un colegio de Puno, Perú. Se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño no experimental de nivel correlacional. Asimismo, con una muestra de 60 docentes se logró determinar una relación positiva y significativa de nivel moderado mediante Rho de Spearman, lo que permitió deducir que mientras se eleve el nivel de calidad del LE mayor será el desarrollo del ACL. Finalmente, se presenta la necesidad de preparar a los docentes de los distintos niveles educativos en estrategias de aprendizaje colaborativo mediado por las TIC y capacitarlos en el liderazgo pedagógico y en el acompañamiento del adiestramiento colaborativo online.Os eventos desencadeados pela pandemia do COVID-19 provocaram uma investigação aprofundada sobre problemas ligados à liderança pedagógica e aprendizagem colaborativa online para professores, o que mostra efeitos reveladores na preparação dos alunos. Nesse sentido, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo determinar a relação entre o líder educacional (LE) e o treinamento online colaborativo (ACL) em uma escola em Puno, Peru. Aplicou-se uma abordagem quantitativa e um desenho de nível correlacional não experimental. Da mesma forma, com uma amostra de 60 professores, foi possível determinar uma relação positiva e significativa de nível moderado através do Rho de Spearman, o que permitiu deduzir que quanto maior o nível de qualidade do LE, maior o desenvolvimento do LCA.
