The use of google forms for research with visual impairment people

Resumo: This paper reports an investigation that aims to identify and analyze the accessibility of the 'Google Forms' tool by screen readers, which are often used by people with visual impairment. This acquantance is important, considering that this tool is increasingly used as an instrument for conducting research in Science Teaching and Education, in which these people are present. The study was anchored in a qualitative approach, which used the questionnaire as a research technique. These individuals’ contributions took place through questionnaire replies and e-mails sent by them to the researchers. One can see that the Jaws, NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers are fully accessible and compatible with Google Forms. Esse conhecimento é importante, considerando que tal ferramenta é cada vez mais utilizada como instrumento para realização de pesquisas em Ensino de Ciências e em Educação, nas quais estão presentes essas pessoas. O estudo foi ancorado em uma abordagem qualitativa, a qual utilizou o questionário como técnica de pesquisa. As contribuições desses indivíduos ocorreram por meio das respostas ao questionário e por e-mails enviados por eles para os pesquisadores.
