ORDER OF THE DISCOURSE ON THE WORKDAY IN NURSING: A FOUCAULTIAN PERSPECTIVE: : UMA PERSPECTIVA FOUCAULTIANA

Resumo: | Objective: to analyze the discursive order given by the Regional Councils of Nursing in the northeast region when asked to express their views on a working journey in the field of nursing. Method: qualitative, documentary research, theoretical support to Michael Foucault's order of discourse. Results: it revealed a lack of consensus in the guidelines of the Technical Opinions related to the theme of working journey, the lack of solidarity ties of the category, and tension between the worker's fragility against the liberty for deciding her working day. Conclusion: The regime of truth produced in the Technical Opinions refers to the reflection on the need to rebuild Nursing in the sense of effectively participating in a political, social, and ideological movement to reinforce the profession. Método: investigación cualitativa, documental, apoyo teórico al orden del discurso de Michael Foucault. Resultados: reveló falta de consenso en las orientaciones de las Opiniones Técnicas relacionadas con el tema de la jornada laboral, la falta de lazos solidarios de la categoría, y la tensión entre la falta de patrimonio de la trabajadora frente a la mera liberalidad para decidir su día de trabajo. Conclusión: Los regímenes de verdad producidos en las Opiniones Técnicas se refieren a la reflexión sobre la necesidad de reconstruir la Enfermería en el sentido de participar efectivamente de un movimiento político, social e ideológico para el fortalecimiento de la profesión. Palabras clave: Enfermería; Horas de Trabajo; EmpleoObjetivo: analisar a ordem discursiva proferida pelos Conselhos Regionais de Enfermagem da região nordeste quando instados a se manifestar sobre a jornada de trabalho no campo da enfermagem. Método: pesquisa qualitativa, documental, suporte teórico a ordem do discurso de Michael Foucault. Resultados: revelou falta consenso nas orientações dos Pareceres Técnicos relacionados ao tema jornada de trabalho, a falta de laços de solidariedade da categoria e tensão entre a hipossuficiência da trabalhadora diante a da mera liberalidade por decidir a sua jornada laboral. Conclusão: Os regimes de verdade produzidos nos Pareceres Técnicos remetem à reflexão sobre a necessidade de reconstrução da Enfermagem no sentido de participar efetivamente de um movimento político, social e ideológico para fortalecer a profissão.
