Dessa forma, o intuito da pesquisa é verificar se as medidas socioeducativas atendem o objetivo de ressocializar o menor infrator conforme o fim evidenciado na doutrina da proteção integral. No decorrer da pesquisa se fará o resgate histórico do tratamento conferido ao segmento infanto-juvenil brasileiro, tendo por base o caráter normativo do antigo Código de Menores, assim como a atual legislação específica vigente, o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, que representa, do ponto de vista jurídico, um considerável avanço nas garantias dos direitos da criança e do adolescente, especialmente no que se refere à política de atendimento voltada aos adolescentes em conflito com a lei. Palavras-The objective of this study is to analyze the measures attributed to the lower sociooffending through the following problem: What degree of effectiveness of socioeducativas for adolescents in conflict with the law? Thus, the purpose of research is to verify whether the measures meet the goal of socio re-socialize the juvenile offender as the order shown in the doctrine of full protection.
