Referindo-se à dominação masculina na cultura patriarcal, a evolução dos direitos da mulher no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro bem como, sua estigmatização social, apontando os estereótipos defendidos pela sociedade e a vedação da Lei dos Juizados Criminais, Lei n° 9.099/95. Pretende mencionar também a posição do Superior Tribunal de Justiça perante tal representação, fundamentando-se através da preservação familiar. Dessa forma, analisar a exigência da representação da vítima como fator da impunidade do agressor e inferiorização da mulher, expondo alguns julgados dos Tribunais Superiores e examinar a violência doméstica, sua influência pelo modelo patriarcal citando arquivamentos de casos de lesão corporais leves e dados estatísticos coletados da Polícia Civil do Distrito Federal e da Secretaria de Políticas para as mulheres. Com isso, mostrar que não é necessária a representação da vítima de lesão corporal leve no âmbito doméstico.This monograph aims to address the need for representation of women victims of moderate physical injuries in situations of domestic violence. Referring to the male domination in patriarchal culture, the evolution of women's rights in the Brazilian legal system as well as their social stigmatization, stereotyping defended by pointing and sealing of the Law Society of Criminal Courts, Law No. 9.099/95. Want to also mention the position of Superior Court before such representation, basing themselves through family preservation. Thus, analyzing the demand for representation of the victim as a factor of impunity of the aggressor and inferiority of women, exposing some of the higher courts and tried examine domestic violence, its influence by citing filings patriarchal model of light bodily injury cases and statistical data collected Civil Police and the Federal District Secretariat of Policies for Women.
