A alienação parental ocorre quando uma pessoa, geralmente o genitor guardião, tenta manipular o menor para que esse passe a rejeitar o outro genitor, sem que exista um motivo aparente. Esse fenômeno, por muitos ainda desconhecidos, ocorre com maior frenquência nos casos de disputa de guarda. Os alienadores, muitas vezes não se dão conta que as consequências causadas pelos seus atos recaem sobre ele próprio, sobre o alienado e principalmente sobre o menor. Para chegar a uma conclusão mais aprofundada sobre o tema foram apresentados o conceito, as características, os efeitos e as consequências desse fenômeno, bem como as espécies de famílias e os princípios constitucionais que as regem. Realiza-se ainda análises jurisprudenciais, com o objetivo de verificar a forma que o Poder Judiciário Brasileiro vem se posicionando perante os casos envolvendo a alienação parental após o advento da lei 12.318/10, que veio justamente para tentar coibir tais atos.This present work is about the main points of "Parental Alienation". The parental alienation occurs when a person, generally the guardian genitor, tries to manipulate the smaller to this one reject the other genitor, with no apparent motive. This phenomenon, still unknown for many people, happens with more frequency in guard dispute. The alienators often do not realize that the consequences caused by their acts return to themselves, to the alienated and mainly to the child. To get to a deeper conclusion about the theme it was present the concept, the characteristics, the effects end the consequences of this phenomenon, as well as the families species and the constitution principles that rule them.
