Resumo: This article present an investigation carried out in a teacher training of Early Childhood Education on the use of musicalization for the teaching of Mathematics. This project was developed at a kindergarten school in the interior county of Mato Grosso do Sul - Brazil. Specifically in this article we present one of the activities developed in the formation and reworked by the teachers for its development with the students, titled My raft will go out to sea. We observed that the adaptations performed in the activity work with rhythmic and pulsating notions that show notions of statistical literacy. Thus our goal in general was to develop actions for theoretical and practical foundation, potentializing the planning of teachers' classes that articulate Mathematics and Music. As a result of this investigation we infer that the activities carried out in this study may contribute to the creation of other practices that enhance the teaching of statistics in Early Childhood Education.

Este projeto foi desenvolvido em uma escola municipal de Educação Infantil do interior do Mato Grosso do Sul – Brasil. Especificamente nesse artigo, apresentamos uma das atividades desenvolvidas na formação e reelaboradas pelas professoras para seu desenvolvimento com os alunos, intitulada Minha jangada vai sair para o mar. Observamos que as adaptações realizadas na atividade trabalham com noções rítmicas e de pulsação que evidenciam noções do letramento estatístico. Assim, nosso objetivo de modo geral foi desenvolver ações para embasamento teórico e prático potencializando o planejamento das aulas dos professores que articulassem a Matemática e a Música.
