Resumo: In this article, we will approach the analysis and results of a documentary research, which deals with the repercussions on the career and the teaching work designed through the action of the class conciliation governments, which acted in the sense of reconverting Public Universities to the interests of capital in expansion on education, especially higher education. The focus is on the teaching career as part of a Public University project, which, based on the imposition of Law 12.772/2012 (BRASIL, 2012b), approved against the teaching movement in the context of the great mobilization of the 2012 teaching strike, culminated in the disruption of the teaching career and in a sliced university reform with a privatization and market perspective.

L'accent est mis sur la carrière d'enseignant dans le cadre d'un projet d'Université publique, qui depuis l'imposition de la loi 12.772/2012 (BRASIL, 2012b), approuvée contre le mouvement enseignant dans le contexte de grande mobilisation de la grève des enseignants de 2012, a culminé dans la déstructuration complète de la carrière d'enseignant et une réforme universitaire tranchée avec la perspective privatiste et de marché.Abordaremos neste artigo a análise e os resultados de uma pesquisa documental, que versa acerca das repercussões sobre a carreira e o trabalho docente arquitetado através da ação dos governos de conciliação de classes, que atuaram no sentido de reconverter as Universidades Públicas aos interesses de expansão do capital acerca da educação, principalmente a superior.
