Football as a strategy for the development of the emotional intelligence of the pupils in primary education: a didactic experience

Resumo: Presents practical experience held in the CEIP Bernardo boat (La Campana, Seville) with students of 6th of primary education, based on the development and acquisition of attitudes and positive values which are aimed at the development of new learning linked with emotional. The activities carried out throughout the six weeks of implantation of the proposal have revealed that there is an increase in positive behaviors and improving values and teamwork, which has a positive impact on the climate of classroom of this and other subjects in which students. Work through the basic components of emotional intelligence using football as driveline has allowed to equip students of working tools group, communicative skills, strategies for decision-making and conflict resolution tools.

Las actividades desarrolladas a lo largo de las seis semanas de implantación de la propuesta didáctica han revelado que existe un aumento de las conductas positivas y de la mejora de los valores y el trabajo en equipo, lo cual repercute positivamente en el clima de aula de esta y las demás asignaturas en las que participa el alumnado. El trabajo a través de los componentes básicos de la inteligencia emocional utilizando como eje conductor el fútbol ha permitido dotar al alumnado de herramientas de trabajo en grupo, habilidades comunicativas, herramientas para la resolución de conflictos y estrategias para la toma de decisiones.Apresentamos uma experiência prática levada a cabo no CEIP Bernardo Barco (La Campana, Sevilla) com o alunado do 6º ano da educação primária, baseada no desenvolvimento e na aquisição de atitudes e valores positivos que são encaminhados ao desenvolvimento de novas aprendizagens vinculadas com a inteligência emocional. As atividades desenvolvidas ao longo das seis semanas de implantação da proposta didática têm revelado que existe um aumento das condutas positivas e da melhora dos valores e o trabalho em equipe, o qual repercute positivamente no clima de sala desta e das demais matérias nas que participa o alunado.
