Train Acting Teachers:: from the discourse of professionalization to the improvement of teaching

Resumo: | Teacher training is high on the agenda today. Their emergence, associated with economic globalization and the spread of networked knowledge, reflected in education, especially in the demand for teachers and the requirements around yourpreparation and performance. In Brazil, is highlighted by the effective exercise of teaching without the proper training. The Teacher Training Program on Exercise (PROFORMAÇÃO), an initiative of in-service training at a distance, is analternative. This experience is discussed in this paper, supporting the relationship between pedagogical orientation and improvement of teaching. The subject examined on Program in Quixadá-EC relies on qualitative research with eightgraduates. It is argued that an educational policy is Proformação induced reflection of the educational agenda agreed externally. They question the focus on the teacher and the use of seductive discourse of professionalism to justify the relief of their training. His pedagogical proposal is comprehensive, offering subsidies to the understanding of teaching post-training of its graduates. |

Sua emergência, associada à globalização econômica e à difusão do conhecimento em rede, repercute na educação, especialmente na demanda por professores e nas exigênciasem torno de seu preparo e desempenho. No Brasil, ganha destaque o efetivo exercício da docência sem a devida formação. O Programa de Formação de Professores em Exercício (PROFORMAÇÃO), iniciativa de formação inicial emserviço a distância, constitui uma alternativa. Esta experiência é abordada neste ensaio, com suporte nas relações entre as orientações pedagógicas e a melhoria da docência. O assunto, examinado com base no Programa em Quixadá-CE, apóia-se em investigação qualitativa com oito egressos. Argumenta-se que o Proformação é uma política educacional induzida, reflexo de agenda educativa pactuada externamente. Questionam-se o foco no professor e o uso sedutor do discurso da profissionalização para justificar o aligeiramento da sua formação.
