A self-reflective perspective on teacher training experiences of two beginning teachers in higher education

Resumo: The present study aims to reflect on the teaching learning of two beginning teachers in higher education, interlocuting the initial path of teaching action in Higher Education and the teaching learning through training experiences obtained during a discipline focused on fundamental concepts about training of teachers in the Doctoral Course in Education. This research, anchored in Candau (1984), Delory-Momberger (2014); Josso (2004); Sacristán (1999), Tardif (2010) among others, is based on the autobiographical method, in which the description of the trajectory in higher education is the guiding thread of theoretical and practical reflections. We consider it is in the significant experiences that referential knowledge for teaching practice is acquired and mastered and new meanings about teaching are constructed, as well as new meanings for the formation previously constituted; to consolidate the formative experiences, the autobiographical exercise must be in line with the development of a continuous activity of reflective rationality on the part of the teachers in formation.

Esta pesquisa, ancorada em Candau (1984), Delory-Momberger (2014); Josso (2004); Sacristán (1999), Tardif (2010) entre outros, parte do método autobiográfico, no qual a descrição da própria trajetória no ensino superior é o fio condutor das reflexões teórico-práticas.
