Teacher training during remote teaching: textures under construction

Resumo: This study aims to discuss issues related to teacher training in the context of remote activities. Its main contributions lie in the fact that it encourages reflections that establish a direct relationship with questions such as: How to propose to teachers a welcoming formative experience capable of identifying skills, competences and knowledge necessary for the review and redefinition of beliefs and practices aimed at teaching achievement remote? What knowledge needs to be mobilized? Nóvoa (2013), Tardif (2014), Veiga (2012) and Imbernóm (2009; 2011) are authors who sew the threads of this immense loom. Anchored in Historical-Dialectical Materialism (PAULO NETTO, 2011), we focus on the object of study and on the social issues that surround it. Thus, as a proposal, we present the possibility of building a Continuing Education Plan to deal with the complexities of the present time, contributing to the redefinition of teaching and learning processes in the context of remote activities.

Suas principais contribuições residem no fato de fomentar reflexões que estabeleçam relação direta com questionamentos como: Como propor aos docentes uma experiência formativa acolhedora e capaz de identificar habilidades, competências e saberes necessários para a revisão e ressignificação de crenças e práticas que visem à realização do ensino remoto? Que saberes precisam ser mobilizados? Nóvoa (2013), Tardif (2014), Veiga (2012) e Imbernóm (2009; 2011) são autores que costuram os fios desse imenso tear. Ancorados no Materialismo Histórico-Dialético (PAULO NETTO, 2011), debruçamo-nos sobre o objeto de estudo e sobre as questões sociais que o circundam.
