Resumo: This paper aims to report the experiences of teaching in a full-time public school in Manaus city, Amazon state during the covid-19 pandemic, from the perspective of students of the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP), chemistry area, Amazon Federal University. This report presents a qualitative, observational, and descriptive approach from October 2020 until march 2022. During the period of execution of the program, one can experience some of the difficulties faced in teaching for the implementation of remote and hybrid teaching, such as classes suspension, organization of students' return and adaptation of didactic materials, and preparation of activities for teaching in different formats. We can have a period of diagnostic, conducting, and carrying out intervention actions in the teaching of Chemistry. With the experiences acquired during the PRP, it is concluded that changes in learning and teaching are always challenging, but they are opportunities for the improvement and development of the teaching profession.

Esse relato apresenta abordagem qualitativa, observacional e descritiva e foi realizado no período de outubro de 2020 à março de 2022. Durante o período da execução do programa pôde-se vivenciar algumas das dificuldades enfrentadas na docência para implementação do ensino remoto e híbrido, como a suspensão das aulas, organização do retorno dos discentes e acompanhamento das adaptações dos materiais didáticos e elaboração de atividades para o ensino em diferentes formatos. Pôde-se ter o período de ambientação, regência e realizar ações de intervenção no ensino de Química.
