Democratic and participative management in the implementation of BNCC: analysis of the guide for school managers

Resumo: | Since the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) was approved in 2018, several implementation policies have been developed so that the document reaches the reality of Brazilian schools. This study aims to analyze the role of school management in the implementation of BNCC, more specifically, the guidelines of the Guide for School Managers, prepared by the Ministry of Education (MEC), under the perspective of the dimensions of democratic and participatory school management proposed by Lück ( 2009). Methodologically, it is a qualitative research, whose techniques employed are bibliographic review and document analysis. As a result, it can be seen that the Guide for School Managers was organized around aspects of democratic and participatory management, leading to the conclusion that, to ensure the effectiveness of the proposals at BNCC, the implementation process must involve the entire school community. |

O presente estudo objetiva analisar o papel da gestão escolar na implementação da BNCC, mais especificamente, as orientações do Guia para Gestores Escolares, elaborado pelo Ministério da Educação (MEC), sob a ótica das dimensões da gestão escolar democrática e participativa propostas por Lück (2009). Metodologicamente, trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, cujas técnicas empregadas são a revisão bibliográfica e a análise documental.
