The current challenges of remote teaching: a re-engineered didactics

Resumo: This report refers to the experience that teachers of a municipal school in the municipality of Russas-Ce obtained through remote teaching, a current reality faced by thousands of teachers and students through the Covid 19 pandemic. The objective is to describe the experiences that teachers are getting with this kind of teaching, at the same time, venting about the difficulties faced and successes achieved, using dialogue and sharing the experiences of this moment to strengthen themselves as professionals prepared to act with their classes and feel stronger as people and recognize in the students an active subject of their history and, therefore, contribute to the construction of citizenship. The work was based on the readings of PONTES (2020); RIBEIRO (2020) linked to Oral History of teachers (as) in contemporary times, which is a time lived by researchers and their interviewees, linked to GPFHOPE, the CNPQ research group directory, in a qualitative approach with a focus on observation in online planning, informal conversations by messaging applications and pedagogical meetings held by the school E.E.F Tia Benilce in Russas-Ce, contemplating the teachers of all classes.

O objetivo é descrever as experiências que os professores estão obtendo com este tipo de ensino, ao mesmo tempo, desabafando sobre as dificuldades enfrentadas e êxitos alcançados, utilizando o diálogo e compartilhando as vivências deste momento para se fortalecerem como profissionais preparados para atuarem com suas turmas e sentirem-se mais fortes como pessoas e reconhecer nos alunos um sujeito ativo de sua história e, portanto, contribuir na construção da cidadania.
