Dialogue between school and city: aesthetic experiences with cultural heritage

Resumo: | We live in a society that legitimates the disposable, encouraging the disconnection of cultural roots, with the consequence of diluting everything that is subjective, affective, sensitive. The school, the city and the cultural heritage, in this scenario, find it difficult to establish relationships. Based on this reality and as a counterpoint, we defend the need for dialogue, which instead of isolating, separating and reducing, is capable of distinguishing and uniting, exercising the (re)connection, which leads to the understanding of the multiple meanings involved in this relationship. In this sense, this work aims to theoretically reflect on the need for dialogue in a perspective of (re)linking art, city and heritage in school spaces. The research is of the bibliographic type. It is concluded that the school community needs to break with prejudice and advance towards an aesthetic education that has the city's cultural heritage as a mediator. |

A escola, a cidade e o patrimônio cultural, nesse cenário, encontram dificuldade em estabelecer relações. Com base nessa realidade e como contraponto defendemos a necessidade de diálogo, que ao invés de isolar, separar e reduzir, seja capaz de distinguir e unir, exercitando a (re)ligação, que conduz a compreensão dos múltiplos sentidos envolvidos nessa relação. Este trabalho tem como objetivo refletir sobre a necessidade de diálogo em uma perspectiva de (re)ligação entre arte, cidade e patrimônio nos espaços escolares. A pesquisa é do tipo bibliográfica, na qual os autores a partir de discussões sobre as temáticas elegem as categorias e fontes teóricas.
