Resumo: | This work submits some theories about what is current at the core of teacher training. Based on theorists, the methodology is presented as being of bibliographic nature, identifying the theoretical thinking with the analysis of the literatures adopted in Imbernón (2010), Tardif (2014), among others. The respective theme intends to present the current innovations on teacher education considering it as a pedagogical innovation, even when some theorists already expressed in their theories the varied trends. The main objective is to contextualize the theorists' thoughts about the current pedagogical training. The guiding question is based on what innovation there is for the teaching class when faced with abrupt changes, such as the case of the pandemic caused by covid-19. It is hoped that this analysis will contribute in a significant way to educators, where the importance of theory to pedagogical praxis is perceived. The results presented guide the researchers to a training practice throughout the teaching career and conclude the importance of the teacher in acting in the educational context even in the face of specific historical determinations, as happened in the case of covid-19. |

The results presented guide the researchers to a training practice throughout the teaching career and conclude the importance of the teacher in acting in the educational context even in the face of specific historical determinations, as happened in the case of covid-19.O referido trabalho submete algumas teorias sobre o que há de atual no cerne da formação docente.
