Family and school relationship: democratic management during the pandemic

Resumo: This work seeks to analyze whether family participation in school decisions is something that happens today amid the return of face-to-face classes. This is a quantitative research, and for its accomplishment, a questionnaire (6 questions) was used, with open and closed questions, carried out through Google Forms in which we obtained 11 responses from the participants (6 men and 5 women, aged between 14 and 50, varying between parents, students, teachers and other people in the school nucleus). We used as a basis authors such as Gandin (1994), Lück (2013), Vasconcelos (1995), Kaloustian (1998), in addition to Drabach; Souza (2014). During the research, it was possible to perceive that democratic management is still not as recurrent as it should, the lack of participation of parents and other people in the community impairs its progress. We believe that for this situation to change, managers and others need to change their behavior and start working together actively.

We believe that for this situation to change, managers and others need to change their behavior and start working together actively.Este trabalho busca analisar se a participação familiar nas decisões escolares é algo que acontece nos dias atuais em meio ao retorno das aulas presenciais. Trata-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa, e para sua realização utilizou-se de um questionário (6 questões), com perguntas abertas e fechadas, realizado por meio do Google Forms no qual obtivemos 11 respostas dos participantes (sendo 6 homens e 5 mulheres, de idades entre 14 e 50 anos, variando entre pais, alunos, professores e demais pessoas do núcleo escolar). Utilizamos como embasamento autores como Gandin (1994), Lück (2013), Vasconcelos (1995), Kaloustian (1998), além de Drabach; Souza (2014). Durante a pesquisa, foi possível perceber que a gestão democrática ainda não é tão recorrente quanto deveria, a falta de participação dos pais e demais pessoas da comunidade prejudica o seu andamento.
