Formative memory: experience report in initial training of teachers

Resumo: The present study is an experience report of an activity developed in the subject of Educational Practices in the undergraduate course in Chemistry, whose objective is to describe the activity by establishing an analysis of the students' formative trajectory in the context of remote teaching. Methodologically based on a qualitative approach, the students' reports were sought as a strategy to approach reality as well as the activity called the memory chest. The results of this activity, even being carried out amid the challenges of remote education, showed a critical-reflexive bias on the formative trajectory that directly affected a future vision in the teaching performance. The reflections provided an opportunity for self-knowledge permeated by the desire to assume a new posture as a future professional that overcomes the gaps experienced and enhances the ethical and political commitment to human and critical training.

Metodologicamente pautado na abordagem qualitativa, buscou-se como estratégia de aproximação da realidade os relatos dos discentes junto a proposta, denominada de baú da memória. Os resultados apontaram que essa atividade, mesmo sendo realizada em meio aos desafios do contexto remoto, suscitou um viés crítico-reflexivo sobre a trajetória formativa e que incidiram diretamente em uma visão futura na atuação do exercício docente.
