The construction of the training path in the pedagogical residency

Resumo: This initial study highlights an analysis of the formative path of ten participants in the Pedagogical Residency Program of the Degree in Informatics Course, who had an internship for a year and a half in high school classes integrated with the Technical Courses in Agriculture and Informatics. It is a qualitative study with a focus on participant observation and shows the vision of the Program preceptor from the monitoring of interns between 2018 and 2019. The research showed significant results in the profile of students during their work in the classroom and promoted greater commitment in the organization and preparation of classes, in addition to being involved in projects that encouraged the adaptation of Portuguese Language classes using the residents' knowledge in Computer Science and Libras. It is, therefore, a program that should be adopted by more institutions, but that presents some necessary adjustments, such as more significant measures regarding the truancy of the residents.

It is, therefore, a program that should be adopted by more institutions, but that presents some necessary adjustments, such as more significant measures regarding the truancy of the residents.  Este estudo inicial destaca uma análise sobre o percurso formativo de dez participantes do Programa Residência Pedagógica do Curso de Licenciatura em Informática, os quais estagiaram durante um ano e meio em turmas de Ensino Médio Integrado aos Cursos Técnicos de Agropecuária e Informática. É um estudo de cunho qualitativo com enfoque na observação participante e mostra a visão da preceptora do Programa a partir do acompanhamento dos estagiários entre 2018 e 2019. A pesquisa apontou resultados significativos no perfil dos estudantes durante a atuação em sala de aula e promoveu maior empenho na organização e elaboração das aulas, além da inserção em projetos que incentivaram a adaptação das aulas de Língua Portuguesa utilizando os conhecimentos dos residentes em Informática e Libras.
