Initial Training of Pedagogical Teachers: contributions to teaching practices in schools in Itapipoca-CE

Resumo:     This study, carried out in 2022, was guided around the contributions that the experiences constituted during initial training have for the development of pedagogical practices during teaching. Thus, the general objective of this study was to understand how the experiences lived in the initial training help the pedagogue in the development of pedagogical practices. The theoretical foundation was based on the following authors: Candau (2012); Franco (2015); Freire (1991); Garcia (1995) and Nóvoa (1995). In the field research, whose approach was qualitative, the instrument used in the production of data was a questionnaire with five pedagogues. Data analysis showed that initial training has repercussions during the development of pedagogical practices. It is concluded that the articulation between theory and practice during initial training is relevant so that the future teacher can carry out dynamic, critical and reflective pedagogical practices.

Deste modo, o objetivo geral deste estudo consistiu em compreender como as experiências vivenciadas na formação inicial auxiliam o pedagogo no desenvolvimento das práticas pedagógicas. A fundamentação teórica contou com os seguintes autores: Candau (2012); Franco (2015); Freire (1991); Garcia (1995) e Nóvoa (1995). Na pesquisa de campo, cuja abordagem foi a qualitativa, o instrumento utilizado na produção de dados foi um questionário com cinco pedagogos. A análise de dados mostrou que a formação inicial repercute durante o desenvolvimento de práticas pedagógica.
