Resumo: | This article aims to discuss the continuing education of teachers and the insertion of new technologies due to the Covid-19 pandemic context. It presents a brief context on the educational legislations of the State of Ceará in the scenario of Pandemic Covid-19; presents the importance of training teachers during a time of pandemic; exposes the performance of School Management at EEFM Deputado Manoel Rodrigues, through sharing experiences in the continuing education of its teachers. That said, the purpose of this study is to reflect on the strategies that school management has established along with teaching work to overcome the challenges of education in a time of pandemic. |

Apresenta um breve contexto sobre as legislações educacionais do Estado do Ceará no cenário de Pandemia Covid-19; apresenta a importância da formação de professores em tempo de pandemia; expõe a atuação da Gestão Escolar da EEFM Deputado Manoel Rodrigues, através da partilha de experiências na formação continuada de seus professores.
