This work reflects on the biography of Ceará educators Suzana Lopes de Sousa and Julieni Pinagé do Nascimento; with regard to career and teaching knowledge, resulting from their respective life stories. It aims to highlight the trajectory of educators in different periods, developing a dialogue between the history of training and performance of each of the interviewees and the implications for pedagogical practices. Justified by the possibility of understanding training and professional teaching practice by the trajectory of educators. To achieve this scope, Oral History was used as a methodology, in which the biographical type design was used. It was considered to understand the existing relationships and divergences from the history of the educators and the application of professional knowledge, as well as the elements of life trajectories as relevant dimensions for pedagogical practices despite the times and narratives in different contexts.
