This article is due to the need to create new teaching practices in the school context, around providing an environment in which everyone is inserted, and for that, the Universal Design of Learning - DUA comes to contribute to the adequacy of a school curriculum capable of establish a methodology that fully develops the class. Therefore, providing access, permanence and development without limits, whose will acquire knowledge and skills to practice in the classroom a representation and expressive actions present in the DUA. In this way, this article, aiming at bibliographic studies, sought from a qualitative approach, to identify the objectives and clarify the relevance of the Universal Design of Learning in the process of teaching schooling.
