Resumo: This article analyzes the use of personality rights as a form of self-composition, under the terms of Law n. 14.020/20, derived from Provisional Measure 936/20. This research covers the period of public calamity. The theme of this paper is personality rights of employees and employers, considering that both are holders and recipients of fundamental rights. This paper uses the deductive method and concludes that the Provisional Measure and its derived Law are indispensable mechanisms for facing this conflict, given that, respecting some minimum criteria, they allow the maintenance of employment and income.

A pesquisa tem como recorte temporal o período de calamidade pública e, como temático, os direitos da personalidade dos empregados e empregadores, considerando que ambos são titulares e destinatários desse direito fundamental, sendo utilizado o método dedutivo para a condução do estudo.
