This article is a research carried out to discuss, through the deductive method, the role of compliance in favor of the social inclusion of people with disabilities through work. Integrity programs initially emerged to curb and prevent acts of corruption in business environments in order to contain the damage that could be caused. With its improvement, its usefulness for other aspects was perceived, such as the improvement of the image before society and in the search for a healthy and sustainable work environment. People with disabilities have lived in segregation for centuries, requiring the State to protect their rights and create and encourage insertion mechanisms. Based on this, compliance may be an important tool to comply with accessibility standards in the business environment and other public policies, in addition to programming other instruments in favor of social inclusion, meeting the Principles of Isonomy and Human Dignity.
