Legal guidelines for religious education in three states of Brazil: convergences and divergences demarcated in regulations

Resumo: | His article provides an overview of Religious Education, from the normative point of view, in three Brazilian states that regulated its offer differently. In a qualitative perspective, it was promoted an analysis whose attention was drawn to the structure and formal rules of the subject from the connections and formal-legal guidelines. In order to consider the presented elaboration, it is evident that although there is an apparent distancing of teaching models, the justifications are similar and regardless of the adopted model, the RE is a space, in which the ultimate goal is the integral formation of the subject. In this way, it is postulated that the subject may tighten the limits of secularism and disfavor individuals who profess no religion. |

El artículo aporta una visión de lo que ha sido, del punto de vista normativo, la Enseñanza Religiosa (ER) en tres estados brasileños que reglamentaron su oferta de manera distinta. En una perspectiva cualitativa de investigación, se promueve un análisis cuya atención se dirigió a la estructura y las reglas formales de la asignatura y la observó a partir de las conexiones y orientaciones formales-legales. Para considerar las elaboraciones presentadas, se pone de manifiesto que, aunque haya un aparente distanciamiento de modelos de enseñanza, sus justificativas se asemejan, haciendo con que, independientemente del modelo adoptado, la ER sea un espacio en que el objetivo mayor sea el que se considera, genéricamente, como la formación integral del sujeto. Vista de esta forma, se postula que la asignatura puede acabar tensionando los límites de la laicidad y desfavorecer individuos que no profesan ninguna religión. O artigo oferece um panorama do que tem sido, do ponto de vista normativo, o Ensino Religioso em três estados brasileiros que regulamentaram sua oferta de maneira distinta. Numa perspectiva qualitativa de pesquisa, promove-se uma análise cuja atenção voltou-se à estrutura e às regras formais da disciplina e a observou a partir das conexões e orientações formais-legais. De modo a considerar as elaborações apresentadas, evidencia-se que, embora haja um aparente distanciamento de modelos de ensino, suas justificativas se assemelham, fazendo com que, independentemente do modelo adotado, o ER seja um espaço em que o objetivo maior seja o que se considera, genericamente, como a formação integral do sujeito. Vista dessa forma, postula-se que a disciplina pode acabar tensionando os limites da laicidade e desfavorecer indivíduos que não professam nenhuma religião. .
