HYBRID TEACHING AND HYBRID EDUCATION: WebSeries EscutAÇÕES - networked digital education in pandemic times

Resumo: With the COVID-19 pandemic, the concepts of Hybrid Teaching and Hybrid Education have gained prominence, becoming part of the educational agendas at various levels of education. Recently, with the CNE/CP Recommendation No. 1, dated April 13, 2022, national guidelines on hybrid education were proposed, resulting in the CNE/CP Decision No. 14/2022, dated July 5, 2022. It is in this context that the problem giving rise to the article emerges: how do managers, teachers, and researchers understand Hybrid Teaching and Hybrid Education in the context of EscutAÇÕES? The objective is to comprehend how these concepts emerge in the discourse of managers, teachers, and researchers from different states in Brazil and the Federal District, as well as to present literature on the subject. Inspired by the cartographic method of intervention research (Passos; Kastrup; Escóssia, 2012), 27 live broadcasts conducted between May 2020 and May 2022 were analyzed, which constitute the WebSeries “Networked Digital Education in pandemic times”, developed as part of the EscutAÇÕES Movement of the International Network for OnLIFE Education - RIEOnLIFE. The results in the verbalizations pointed to an understanding of hybrid teaching as processes of education offered in different geographical spaces and times.

Recientemente, con la Indicación CNE/CP nº 1, de 13/04/2022, se propusieron directrices nacionales sobre la enseñanza híbrida, resultando en el Dictamen CNE/CP nº 14/2022, de 05/07/2022. Es en este contexto que surge el problema que da origen a este artículo: ¿Cómo los gestores, profesores e investigadores comprenden la Enseñanza Híbrida y la Educación Híbrida en el contexto de las EscutAÇÕES? El objetivo es comprender cómo surgen los conceptos en las hablas de gestores, profesores e investigadores de diferentes estados de Brasil y del Distrito Federal, así como presentar la literatura sobre el tema. Inspirado en el método cartográfico de pesquisa de intervención (Passos; Kastrup; Escóssia, 2012), se analizaron 27 lives realizadas de mayo de 2020 a mayo de 2022, que componen la WebSérie Educação Digital em Rede em Tempos de Pandemia: diálogos nacionais e internacionais, desarrollada como parte del Movimento EscutAÇÕES da Rede Internacional de Educação OnLIFE - RIEOnLIFE. Los resultados, en las verbalizaciones, apuntaron a una comprensión de la enseñanza híbrida como procesos de enseñanza ofrecidos en diferentes espacios geográficos y temporales. Com a pandemia de Covid-19, os conceitos de Ensino Híbrido e Educação Híbrida ganharam destaque, passando a fazer parte das agendas educacionais nos diferentes níveis de ensino. Recentemente, com a Indicação CNE/CP n.º 1, de 13 de abril de 2022, foram propostas diretrizes nacionais sobre a educação híbrida, resultando no Parecer CNE/CP n.º 14/2022, de 05 de julho de 2022. É nesse contexto que surge o problema que dá origem ao artigo: como gestores, professores e pesquisadores compreendem o Ensino Híbrido e a Educação Híbrida no contexto das EscutAÇÕES? O objetivo é compreender como os conceitos emergem nas falas de gestores, professores e pesquisadores de diferentes estados do Brasil e do Distrito Federal, bem como apresentar literatura sobre o tema. Inspirados no método cartográfico de pesquisa intervenção (Passos; Kastrup; Escóssia, 2012), foram analisadas 27 lives realizadas no período de maio de 2020 a maio de 2022, as quais compõem a WebSérie “Educação Digital em Rede em Tempos de Pandemia: diálogos nacionais e internacionais”, desenvolvida no âmbito do Movimento EscutAÇÕES da Rede Internacional de Educação OnLIFE - RIEOnLIFE.
